A drop cap illustration for the classic Christmas tale "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. This design plays on shape and simple color to illustrate the mood and theme of the story, hinting at multiple elements to form a larger picture. I wanted to play around with a lineless design to give the letter a more vintage feel rather than graphic.
